How long does it take for me to get a refund?

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the Athlete Originals. Once it is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Do you have a catalog?

No. Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. In order to ensure that our customers have access to the most current styles, prices, sizes, and overall selection, we do not publish a catalog that you may purchase directly from. Plus, with all the styles that we carry, a catalog would be as big as a phone book! Feel free to contact us if you are looking for something specific and can’t find it!

My email address has changed. How do I update this information to my current account?

You are welcome to update your e-mail address by logging in to your account online. The best way to do this is to take the following steps:



  1. Visit the website and click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
  2. Log in to your account by typing your previous e-mail address and password.
  3. Once logged in, click on "Edit" under contact information in the middle of the page.

  4. Type your new e-mail address.

  5. Click "Save”.
  6. Your e-mail will be updated.

How long does it take to process an order?

Athlete Originals processes orders Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It generally takes 2-3 business days to process and ship an order.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

AthleteOriginals.com is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Hawaii. If you are shipping to Hawaii, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

Shipping

What are the shipping rates for my order?

Domestic Shipping Rates: We use a flat rate of $6.95 for all domestic orders regardless of the number of items that you order. So order more shirts and save!

International Shipping Rates: We use tiered shipping rates for our international orders starting at $8.00 for one (1) shirt progressing up to a flat rate of $23.95 for an order of five (5) or more shirts.

What are the estimated delivery times for my order?

Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery time for a package shipping within the continental United States is 7-10 business days from the time you place your order.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery time for a package shipping internationally as well as to Hawaii and Alaska is estimated at 10-14 business days from the time you place your order.

How will I track my order?

At the time you place your order, you’ll receive an email receipt confirming your order. When your package ships, we’ll send you a second email with the shipping information that will include a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your package to your door.
